A production management software is used to control and measure, in real time via data collection terminals, the current status of any given operation within the factory, this is also used to establish any future capacity issues.

Having the strength of our own manufacturing facility at our disposal ensures we are in total control of most of the operations undertaken, we therefore have the flexibility and versatility to meet our clients demands, with very little reliance on external suppliers.

Operating from a 16,000 sq ft factory, our plant list includes:
• Laser Cutting.
• Water Jet Cutting.
• Hy-Definition Plasma.
• CNC and conventional machining / turning.
• Pressing/folding/rolling and punching.
• TIG/MIG/MMA coded welding.
• Tube forming.
• Stainless Steel polishing/painting.
